Antje Eckoldt is a Director at FBW Kenya and FBW Group. As a Registered Architect in UK, Kenya and Uganda, Antje joined FBW in 1999. She jointly opened and has managed the Rwandan office from 2011 to 2017. She relocated to Kenya in 2017 after setting up FBW’s Kenya office in 2015 and is responsible for management, business development and overseeing architectural output in Kenya and beyond.

Antje has wide experience in urban planning, architectural design and construction of projects gained over in 25 years as a practicing Architect in both Europe and Africa. Her interest in sustainability involves strategies how to utilise local materials in new contexts and improve circularity of supply chains.

Daniel Arztmann has a diploma in architecture and a Master of Engineering in Facade Construction. He has been working for Schüco in Bielefeld since 2003, where he started as a project engineer for major international projects. In the further course of his activities at Schüco, he was in the lead of product management and technical development of a product range especially developed for emerging markets. Today, he is the head of custom engineering department for international projects at Schüco.

In addition to his work in business, Daniel Arztmann has been teaching as a professor of façade construction at the Detmold University of Applied Sciences since 2017. Here he is leading the international Master of Integrated Facade Design (MID) degree program. He is a board member of the Institute for Design Strategies at TH-OWL and an active member of the European Façade Network and the Façade Tectonics Institute.

Devendra Ladha oversees the company’s business development, project management and finance functions. He holds a Bachelors in Engineering from UMIST (Manchester, UK) and Masters in Management & IT from Cranfield University, UK. He initially worked as a Consultant for Building Research Establishment (BRE) and Turner & Townsend LLP in London through which he gained experience on mega projects such as Heathrow Terminal 5 and Wembley Stadium. Since joining Prime Aluminium, Devendra has helped the company win some of the most complex, prominent, and prestigious construction projects in East Africa and has positioned the company to be the preferred supplier of windows, doors & façade related requirements in the region.

Gurmukh is the Founder and Principal Architect at Grasp Design Ltd. He is a registered architect with the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors of Kenya and a corporate member of the Architectural Association of Kenya. He received a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Nairobi and has a cumulative experience of over 15 years in architecture and various design related fields such as fine art, arch-viz, interior design, graphic design, and photography.

Having experience in these symbiotic fields has enabled him to solve design problems with a broader outlook. He specialises in digital design & manufacturing techniques to create innovative sustainable solutions.

He has worked on projects ranging from aviation campuses, hospital masterplans, some of the most complex fit-out projects in Africa and affordable housing policies for governments. He also designed the first LEED Platinum project in Africa.

Marco brings over 15 years of international and local experience in the building industry, with a career spanning Italy, the UK, and Kenya. A native of Florence, Italy, he has a diverse background, having worked on projects ranging from custom-designed architectural components to large-scale mixed-use masterplanning.

While in London, Marco contributed to the design of high-end residential projects and led the design development team for the Battersea Power Station refurbishment at Rafael Vinoly Architects. His experience also includes being part of the delivery team for the acclaimed Antinori Winery in Italy.

Since his arrival in Nairobi in 2008, he has worked on numerous large-scale projects, including residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality developments. He later supervised the construction of the English Point Marina in Mombasa.

As the co-founder and Managing Director of Avanti Architecture Ltd., Marco is a registered Architect in Kenya (BORAQS, AAK) and a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). He holds a master's degree in Urban Design from Oxford Brookes University.

Rakesh Morudkar is Mechanical Engineer and has 25 year Rich and Varied Experience in the Façade Consultancy and Engineering Services.

His ability to think more Practically and Proactively from the Concept Design Stage itself is what makes him stand apart.

He Caters to mixture of Sector as – IT Parks, Commercial Complexes, Retail and Shopping Malls, Residential, Hospitality, Medicenters and Hospitals, Institutional, Industrial buildings and Refurbishment Projects – Pan India and Abroad.

His Forte Is Design of Complicated Façade which is combination of Metal and Glasslike Skylights, Huge Atriums, Canopies, Super Steel Structures, Free Form Structures.

His Approach - Strict Adherence to Aesthetics and Architect Intent , Excellence in Detailing, Zero Compromise of Structural Stability and Safety has won him many Repeat orders.
